Transfer-in Students in the US

Students transferring in from a school in the US follow the same admissions process as students in a foreign country. However, if you are already in the US, you are required to submit the following documentation after you have been accepted to the college:

  • I-20 Request Form
  • NYCCT Transfer Form completed by your current school of attendance
  • Copies and originals of I-20s from all previous schools attended
  • Copy and original of US Visa, Passport and I-94
  • Completed I-20 Request Form (Attached) and corresponding financial documentation

Please submit to the OISS in person or mail your complete application to:

Note: This form must be received no later than 30 days after the release of your SEVIS record from your previous school or 15 days after the start of the semester, whichever comes first.
