Budget & Finance Committee

• Generally supervises and controls the financial affairs of the Alumni Association 
• Prepares an annual budget and ensures that an annual audit is conducted

Membership Committee

• Proposes a slate of nominees for officers of the board of directors 
• Observes the procedure and schedule of nominations and elections as established by the board of directors 
• Provides plans of action and implementation with respect to activities to recruit and retain active members 
• Receives and acts on applications for membership

Media & Public Relations Committee

• Provides plans of action and implementation to promote association benefits, programs and services
• Strengthens communications with alumni, faculty, active membership and the community at large via the various social media outlets
• Oversees all publications of the Alumni Association

Program Planning Committee

• Plans events that are appropriate for current students and other events for alumni

Scholarship & Awards Committee

• Oversees all funds set aside by the Alumni Association to assist students through scholarships and other means, subject to the approval of the board of directors 
• Conducts interviews to select scholarship winners based on academic department recommendations
• Nominates prominent alumni to be presented “alumni excellence” awards

Student Outreach Committee

• Works to involve more students in campus and community activities and to develop their relationship with the Alumni Association while they are still at 爆走黑料
